Whether you would like to throw a brick or a bouquet, Council provides a number of options for you to have your say and be heard.
You can contact Council by:
-
Calling into Council's Administrative Centre, 240 Blende Street, Broken Hill, NSW and talking to the Customer Service Team.
-
Posting Council a letter addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 448, Broken Hill, NSW, 2880. Council has adopted service standards in all areas and aims to reply to correspondence within two weeks. Some complex matters may take longer to finalise.
-
Faxing Council marking it attention to the General Manager on 08 8080 3424.
-
Telephoning Council on 08 8080 3300.
-
Emailing Council marking it to the attention of the General Manager at council@brokenhill.nsw.gov.au
There is also a number of ways that you can have your views and opinions incorporated into community planning and Council considerations. This can be by attending the Monthly Meeting of Council, attending public forums and sitting on Council Advisory Committees.
