Broken Hill City Council represents a vibrant community in Far Western NSW and is committed to a strategic and long term approach to meeting it's vision for Broken Hill as a safe, vibrant, prosperous and culturally rich City achieved through community leadership and sustainable management.
Council currently employs 275 fulltime, part time and casual employees who provide more than 200 services and manage assets of $138.2M across a number of complex areas to provide for a wide range of community needs. It works closely with its partners, business, industry and each tier of government to ensure that the City has a sustainable future.
